INSTRUCTIONS

To become a member of the web site, please fill in these boxes. All the information you give will be visible to residents (but not non-residents) in the Social Networking area (except for your house number, email address and password, which are hidden). For more details, please see our approach to privacy.

We only accept real names. Headingley is a real community and real names are needed to build real-world links. You can add your photo to your profile, if you wish, so that residents recognise you when they see you around.

Applying for membership will take 5 minutes because we ask 12 community-minded questions. Click "Apply for membership" and wait for TWO emails, one with your password, one approving your membership. All accounts require manual approval by headingley.org - this is necessary to stop spammers.

Once you are a member, please add content to the site - it is a community effort.

If you don't live in Headingley, don't be put off: please give your own real information - you don't have to pretend to live in Headingley to be a member. Everyone is welcome.
