A three year struggle for funding to improve Headingley town centre has met with success. the area has secured £564,000 of funding from Leeds City Council's Town and district Centre Fund.
The worldwide Freecycle Network is made up of many individual groups across the globe. It's a grassroots movement of people who are giving (and getting) stuff for free in their own towns.
