Weetwood Lane Closure and new parking spaces on Otley Rd - University Research

I am currently a student studying Civil Engineering at the University of Leeds and I am doing some research into closing the Weetwood Lane/Otley Road junction in Far Headingley and providing some parking spaces in the area for the local shops.
