We write to advise you of a Public Exhibition and Consultation regarding the above, commencing on Tuesday, 5th April 2011 and concluding on Friday, 15th April 2011.

Detailed information regarding the club’s proposals will be displayed in the Carnegie Cafe Bar on St Michael’s Lane between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm on weekdays.  Leeds Rugby staff will be in attendance to assist on two sessions – Thursday, 7th April 6.00pm – 8.00pm and Wednesday, 13th April 6.00pm – 8.00pm.

Please note, there is a Leeds Rhinos home game on 15th April and the exhibition will close to non match ticket holders at 3.00pm.

Residents’ comments will be welcomed in advance of the proposed submission of a formal planning application by the club as the next stage of the process.  Questionnaires will be provided at the exhibition for comments to be made and considered.
