For anyone who might be interested, just had brunch at 'Citrus' North Lane. Young new management & staff - very pleasant, can recommend. Left Bank on Cardigan Road have an event tomorrow which might be of interest     True Tales at the Left Bank is the first of a series of storytelling evenings, brought to you by art collective, Finish Your Story. The event features real people, telling true stories from their life, live without notes. It's a simple idea, but one that celebrates life experience and the art and craft of storytelling. £2 on the door, to cover costs. BYOB. Hot drinks available. 1.Does anyone know of a buying outlet to whom one might sell now-unwanted books? 2.Has anyone a table they would like to dispose of? This is needed for church use, in an entrance area, for giving out of books etc. and would need to be rectangular rather than square or roumd, with or without drop ends. Jenny, of Jenny and Tom who used to have Bookside off Midland Rd, has a bookshop in Harrogate and still buys books but I'm not sure what it's called or how to get in touch. I don't know of one in Leeds at the moment. Selling secondhand books

Hello Adele, Thanks for your effort. Haven't found the Harrogate outlet. In fact haven't found an outlet actually buying books at this time, nothing less than the very rare etc. Kind regards, Kathleen Mason

Dear Kathleen, For selling books in Leeds you could try: The Bookshop Kirkstall 10 Commercial Road, Leeds, WYK, United Kingdom LS5 3AQ Tel: 0113 278 0937 (this shop is at the junction of Kirkstall Lane and Kirkstall Road). Alternatively there is a website: http://www.abebooks.co.uk/sell-books/ I have never used either of them to sell books, so I don't know which might be better.
