Yoghurt cake

1 carton yoghurt - 150g (any flavour) use the carton as a measure

1 carton veg oil

2 cartons sugar

3 cartons SR flour

3 eggs

mix everything together bake in 2lb loaf tin, gas mark 4, electric 180 or fan oven 160, for 55 mins - 1 hour until cooked Add other ingredients as the mood takes you: cherries, ground almonds, sultanas, orange peel - the choices are endless
